No one thought that exploring a mine in the mountains of Central Alborz will become the birthplace of Iran largest ski resort. In the early 1940s, foreign engineers with the guidance of a local worked in the area to explore the mine, suddenly they found a place that was very suitable for skiing.  Later, the place became more important and effective than finding a mine.
This discovery caused a fundamental change in the fate of Dizin district so that today the name of this area is inextricably linked with the ski resort. It was from that year on that, with the use of the ski resort, more people were put on the path of development, one of these was a small village called “Gajereh” and its locals.

Gajereh Hotel is one of the hotels around Tehran, which is located in a pleasant climate area of ​​Shemshak (5 km from Dizin).  This beautiful hotel has been operating since 2001 and has been renovated in 2017 in order to provide better services.  Gajereh hotel is known as a luxury and beautiful one in the Dizin district on Chalous Road, which is also full of travelers and tourists during the year and especially in winter for ski.
