Day 1:
Arrival
Meet at the airport. Drive to the Khor village about 3 hours. hiking 45min and visit the ice waterfall. some training and technique review and some short climbing for warming up.

Climbing Khor waterfall
after breakfast 45 min hiking to the village and full day climbing in the area. going back to the village.

Day 3:
Hameloon ice clibing school
After early breakfast driving to Tehran and Hameloon area about 3 hours. go direct to the ice climbing school and full day ice climbing. In the afternoon Drive 2 hours to Reineh Village, base of Damavand peak.

Reineh Ice climbing School
Full Day ice climbing in Reineh Ice Climbing School. Back to Reineh Village. OV in mountain complex.

Nava Ice Waterfall
After breakfast driving to the Nava village about 45min hours. hiking 1 hour to the waterfall. full day climbing in Nava, one of the longest Ice Waterfall in Iran about 120m. drive to Reineh village 30min and overnight in Reineh.

Hot Spring
After breakfast visit Kafarkeli historical caves near the village. drive 20min to the hot springs village. swim and relaxing in the pools. drive to Tehran and departure.
