National Mountain guides in Iran need about 2 years of training to obtain the relevant degree, including: map reading and GPS courses - rock and ice climbing - first aid - environment - avalanche - meteorology, etc…
To pass the mountain guide courses, people must first pass the eco tour guide course. The eco tour guide course is one of the short-term tourism training courses approved by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts. The subject of most of the topics of this period is wildlife, nature conservation and the interests of the local community. - In case of various accidents in tourist tours without official guidance and without legal permits, relief operations and insurance coverage will be difficult or impossible.
