Mountain Lakes
Lakes and waterfalls are an important part of any country's wealth, which bring many benefits according to their potential. Dozens of large and small lakes are scattered in Iran, especially in mountainous areas. The water of most of these lakes is the result of melting glaciers and mountain springs and is a rich and important source of fresh water. This fresh water is very valuable, especially for Iran, which is located in arid and semi-arid regions. Apart all mentioned, these lakes are centers of tourist attraction and water activities.
