Qazvin province is one of the most beautiful provinces of Iran. This province hosts tourists all year round who are eager to visit historical and natural tourist attractions. The largest number of canyons in Qazvin province are located in Alamut region, where eight canyon have been identified in Alamut and Tarom. . Among the canyons of Qazvin, we can mention Bolukan , Talator , Tavan , SefidAb. This canyon are located in western Alamut. Flora of the area is include: Astragalus, Nepeta, Salvia, Euphorbia, Bromus, Silene, Vicia, Salsola, Valerianella, Centaurea, Trifolium, Agropyron, Artemisia, Cirsium, Lathyrus, Cousinia. Fauna of the area is include: Deer, whole goats, Armenian rams and sheep, brown bear, boar, squirrel, hyena, partridge, vulture, golden eagle, wolf, snake etc..
